Congratulations to all of our Year 12 award winners who were announced at the recent Class of 2022 Graduation Ceremony.

Welcome to our Term 3 News Wrap Up. As you will have seen from our regular Lumen Bulletins, Term 3 has been a very busy term full of learning activities, extra-curricular opportunities and whole-school events.

Our SLT Spotlight series features various members of our 2022 Student Leadership Team. Each week we will feature a different student.

Term 2 saw some 'normality' return to life at Lumen, with restrictions in schools eased and a range of events and activities back on the College calendar.

We are taking a look back at some of this term's highlights including our Interhouse Swimming, Harmony Week, the Year 12 Ball and Year 7 Activity Day.

We recently celebrated Harmony Week at Lumen Christi College.

This Yearbook takes a look back at all of the events, activities and learning that took place throughout 2021 at Lumen Christi College.

We are delighted to have been recognised as the state winner of the Quality Catholic Education (QCE) Awards in the Catholic Identity category for our ‘Year of St Joseph Project’.

This year, in honour of the Year of St Joseph, we created a very special Fathers' Day project.

Lumen Christi College is pleased to present the second session in our exciting Talk Series for the Year of St Joseph, with guest speaker, Fr Patrick Toohey.

The College has introduced a number of nesting hollows for Black Cockatoos on campus in an effort to help these endangered and vulnerable species.

Our 2020 yearbook is full of colourful photos and articles that summarise what was one of the most unusual years our College, and the world, has ever experienced.

As part of our commitment to giving our students every opportunity to achieve personal excellence, we have introduced an Aboriginal Language and Culture program.

During the College's recent NAIDOC Week and Lumen Day celebrations, the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff and students held sausage sizzles to raise money for a Western Australia Remote Aboriginal Community School; Tjuntjuntjarra, which is located in the Great Victoria Desert.

Lumen Christi College recently celebrated NAIDOC Week, with a number of engaging activities designed to help students and staff learn about and celebrate the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Over the course of this Semester, the Student Leadership Team have worked together to create a Student Code of Conduct. This document, written and produced by students, for students, encourages a standard of behaviour that they believe is important to maintain an inclusive and safe College environment. Well done to everyone involved.

Our Student Leaders recently had the pleasure of visiting the Perth Children's Hospital Foundation to drop off a donation of ipads on behalf of our College.

The diversity of our community at Lumen Christi is something that we are very proud of, with people from all backgrounds welcome at our College. Here are some fun facts about our community!

Lumen Christi College students are continuing to focus their efforts on the issue of sustainability, with the College’s Student Leadership Team (SLT) recently establishing 15 additional paper recycling stations around the College.

Lumen Christi College has loaned our 3D printers to a local printing company to be used in the COVID-19 response.

The installation of 363 solar panels on the College's Sports Centre roof has seen a big decrease in the College's energy consumption.

I am delighted to welcome you to Lumen Christi College, a Catholic, co-educational secondary school located in the suburb of Martin in the foothills of Perth.
