2026 CEWA Concession Card Discount Scheme
Parents with eligible Centrelink Concession Cards (Family Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card) are able to apply for the CEWA Concession Card Discount Scheme and Secondary Assistance Scheme.
- CEWA Concession Card Discount Scheme once completed, please email along with a copy of your current concession card to accounts@lumen.wa.edu.au or return to the College Finance Department.
- Secondary Assistance Scheme form – once completed, please email along with a copy of your current concession card to accounts@lumen.wa.edu.au or return to the College Finance Department.
