Future Enrolment Applications
- Applications for Year 7 entry are recommended to be submitted during Year 4
- Enrolments for Years 7-10 2026 and are at capacity. Enrolment applications are still welcome to be submitted, however, your child/ren will be placed on our waitlist. Applications remain on the waitlist if no vacancy arises. Those on the waitlist will be contacted by email and phone if a position becomes available.
- Enrolments for Year 7 2027 are at capacity. Enrolment applications are still welcome to be submitted, however, your child will be placed on our waitlist.
- Interviews for Year 7 2028 commenced in Term 1 2026 and are ongoing
Enrolment Application Requirements
Enrolments for students from Years 7 to 12 remain ongoing throughout the year, providing places are available. Families are asked to submit an Online Application for Enrolment form together with a Registration fee of $55.00** (payable per child). This fee is non-refundable and does not guarantee an Enrolment Interview or a place at the College. Also required with the Online Application for Enrolment form is a photocopy of your child's:
- Birth Certificate
- Baptism Certificate (Catholic families only)
- Australian Citizenship Certificate or appropriate Visa Information (for parents and children born outside of Australia)
Copies of the following can also be uploaded with your Online Application for Enrolment Form, or supplied prior to your child’s enrolment interview:
- Australian Immunisation History Statement (AIR Statement)* statement must be no more than two months old
- Any relevant medical documentation (if applicable)
- Latest School Report
- Latest NAPLAN Report
- Any relevant court orders (if applicable)
- A letter addressed to the College Principal, Mrs Prendergast, outlining the reasons for choosing Lumen Christi College is also required.
Enrolment Procedure
Completion and submission of an Online Application for Enrolment Form and Registration fee.
It is recommended to complete an Application Form when your child is in Year 4 (for Year 7 Entry).
Parents and students are invited to attend an enrolment interview when the student is in Year 5 (for Year 7 Entry).
Enrolment places will then be offered in accordance with the Enrolment Selection Criteria. Offers will be sent via email.
Once a position is offered, families will receive an online Offer of Acceptance form which needs to be completed with all guardian signatures and submitted along with a non-refundable deposit of $300.00.
Transition and Orientation process for Year 7 students takes place when the student is in Year 6.
Induction for Year 8-12 students takes place on the student's first day.
