Lumen Christi College offers a range of contemporary and high-quality facilities for hire, supporting performing arts groups, sporting organisations and community events that align with the values and ethos of the College.
Located in the Perth foothills and easily accessible via major transport routes, our campus provides professional, well-maintained spaces suitable for rehearsals, performances, competitions and organised activities.
Performing Arts Centre
Our contemporary Performing Arts Centre is available for hire and is suitable for a wide range of performances and events, including external productions and school-aged competitions.
Key features include:
- Seating capacity for 348 patrons
- Stage lighting and sound included, supported by our Events Manager
- AV projector available
- Suitable for performances, rehearsals, presentations and community events
All events held in the Performing Arts Centre must align with the Catholic ethos and values of Lumen Christi College.
Sports Centre
The College’s indoor Sports Centre is available for hire outside of school hours, including weekends.
Facilities include:
- Four indoor basketball courts
- Line marking for basketball, netball and volleyball
- Access to changerooms and toilet facilities
The Sports Centre is available for after-school and weekend hire only. Long-term bookings are prioritised for sporting organisations.
Outdoor Grounds & Courts
Lumen Christi College also offers access to selected outdoor grassed areas and hard courts for organised sporting and recreational use.

Hire Conditions & Requirements
All venue hire is subject to availability and College calendar requirements. To ensure the safety and appropriate use of College facilities:
- A Hire and Licence Agreement is required for all bookings
- Hirers must provide a Certificate of Currency
