Our Vision for Learning, ‘Discover Together’, challenges us to inspire excellence within a welcoming community. We work collaboratively to explore possibilities and empower all to shine. Together, we create a connected and supportive learning environment, guided by the Light of Christ.
The Vision for Learning describes what learning looks like in practice at the College. It shapes how teachers design learning experiences, how students engage with their learning, and how we work together to support every young person to succeed.
Our Vision for Learning is brought to life through three key principles:
- Connect — building strong relationships and a sense of belonging so students feel known, supported and confident to learn
- Explore — encouraging curiosity, creativity and critical thinking as students discover new ideas and pathways
- Empower — developing independence, resilience and agency so students can take ownership of their learning and future
Together, these principles reflect our shared commitment to learning that is purposeful, engaging and grounded in our Catholic faith. Learning is a journey we take together — discovering, growing and shining as a light for others.
