What do you love most about being a College Prefect?
I love having the opportunity to work alongside a wide variety of both Teachers and other students! I also love working with the younger year groups, ensuring that they have a great high school life and that they make the most out of their time at Lumen.
What is your favourite memory that involves your SLT portfolio area and why?
My favourite memory would have to be the 2021 SLT camp! I made so many core memories there and connected with people I never thought I would connect with.
What do you enjoy most about being on the SLT?
Honestly, all of it! I have not yet stumbled upon a challenge that I have come away from feeling upset or down. Every challenge has its rewards! I have done so many things I never imagined doing and have really stepped out of my comfort zone. Things like speaking in front of the assembly, working one on one with our Principal, and a whole lot more. In general the SLT is so fun, but if i had to pin point my favourite part about being on the SLT I would say it is all the new things I get to experience and the new people I get to meet.
What is your favourite subject and why?
I enjoy most parts of school but my favourite subject would definitely have to be physical education (sport), or human biology.
What are your career aspirations?
I am aiming to be a paediatric nurse, whilst also playing sport on the side.
